Our previous/legacy app-based program has been sunset and shut down. Please note, we are not able to pause any bills collected by Apple and Google Play, which must be cancelled from your side as a customer.
We will not respond to emails and messages sent to individual staff members requesting that we manage their subscription for them, or process refunds for subscriptions which you have not managed proactively, unless under exceptional circumstances.

Self-serve cancellation is available for all REMOJO subscriptions, whether you subscribed via iOS, Google Play or through our website with a web-based (Stripe or Skool) subscription.
We can not cancel Apple subscriptions purchased through the iOS app for you, due to the way that Apple subscriptions and iOS apps function. The subscription and payments are entirely controlled and handled by Apple.
However, subscriptions are easily self-managed from the platform where you originally signed up and subscribed.

APPLE SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT:
If you subscribed via in-app purchase on an Apple device, then your subscription is managed by Apple.

GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

WEB (STRIPE) SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT - SUBSCRIPTIONS TO REMOJO APPS
If you subscribed via our website prior to September 2024, then your subscription is managed by Stripe, which we use as our billing system.

Sign into Skool >> click Profile on the top right >> click "Settings" >> click "Communities" >> click "Membership" to manage your community memberships and subscriptions.
