Our app-based program has been sunsetted and shut down. All billing and payment collection on subscriptions made via our web-site (billed through Stripe) has been paused, so members who subscribed via our website will not be charged further (as of 28th of September). However, we are not able to pause any bills collected by Apple and Google Play, which must be cancelled from your side as a customer.

Please read on to find out how to cancel obsolete app subscriptions for each platform.

Self-serve cancellation is available for all REMOJO subscriptions, whether you subscribed via iOS, Google Play or through our website with a web-based (Stripe) subscription.

We can not cancel Apple subscriptions purchased through the iOS app for you, due to the way that Apple subscriptions and iOS apps function. The subscription and payments are entirely controlled and handled by Apple.

However, subscriptions are easily self-managed from the platform where you originally signed up and subscribed.

HOW TO FIND AND CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Subscriptions are easily managed from the platform where you originally signed up and subscribed. Find your subscription below:

APPLE SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT:

If you subscribed via in-app purchase on an Apple device, then your subscription is managed by Apple.

You can find Apple's instructions for finding and managing your Apple subscriptions here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039

Can't find your subscription?

  1. Check the Apple account that you're looking at. You may have subscribed while signed in to a different Apple account. You can switch accounts by...

  2. You might have subscribed through our website, without remembering that you did so. You can sign in to our website using the same username and password as you do for the apps, then click My Account and manage your subscription there.

GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

If you subscribed via in-app purchase on an Android device, then your subscription is managed by Google Play.

You can find Google's instructions for finding and managing your Google Play subscriptions here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7673989?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid

WEB (STRIPE) SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT - SUBSCRIPTIONS TO REMOJO APPS

If you subscribed via our website, then your subscription is managed by Stripe, which we use as our billing system.

To manage your subscription:

Simply click this link to go to the Stripe self-serve billing manager, where you can cancel or manage your plan: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/9AQaImf3951k2GsdQQ

WEB (STRIPE) SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT - SUBSCRIPTIONS TO REMOJO+ COACHING AND COMMUNITY PROGRAM

If you signed up to the REMOJO+ coaching and community program via our website (and not via an in-app purchase), then you can go to the REMOJO+ page and sign in to the program, and manage your subscription from there.

Alternatively, if you have the Mighty Networks app on your phone, you can open the app and manage your account from there (as long as you signed up and subscribed from our website).

For REMOJO+ subscriptions made via in-app purchases on Android or iOS, use the instructions for managing Play Store and Apple Subscriptions above.
