IS REMOJO MONITORING MY SCREEN OR WHAT I TYPE / INFORMATION THAT I ENTER?

No, we are not - you can find a full answer to this question here.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

Of course, we require an email address and password to create an account for you.

This allows you to:

  • Sign in to REMOJO and keep access to your subscription, progress, data, community conversations, course progress, journal entries and settings

  • Sign in to REMOJO on multiple devices, or a new device - for example when you get a new phone, without losing all of the above account data

  • Download, sign in and use the desktop apps

  • Sign in to REMOJO ELITE / PLUS - premium communities on our web-platform

  • Provide us with an identity that we can use to find your account, manage it, provide user support / customer support etc.

VOLUNTARY INFORMATION

Of course, while using the app, you are able to submit information voluntarily as you make use of the features. This can include:

  • Challenges and pain points that you face (used to construct a custom Action Plan for you)

  • Progress - successful and unsuccessful days

  • Journal entries / answers to reflection questions

  • Community posts

  • Custom blacklist sites

  • Etc.

DOES REMOJO STORE MY BROWSING HISTORY?

No.

Unlike other platforms, we never collect or store the browser history of individual users.

The only thing which can be stored in web server log files is the domain name resolved and the IP address it was resolved to, but this is never associated with individual users, and web server logs are continuously overwritten by others.
