Who is the contract with? How do we pay?
Option 1: You can directly hire the worker, and directly pay them by bank transfer.
Option 2: You can use one of our Employer of Record (EOR) partners, who can hire them on your behalf. You will pay the EOR, and they will pay the worker, and sort out all the taxes etc.
What VISAs are needed?
Most countries are still figuring out the exact policy, but almost all countries in Europe and the UK have already made it clear that Ukrainian refugees are welcome and will be provided for.
