Manage your account details easily in Account Settings. Here, you can update your name, email, role, and profile picture to keep your information up to date. You can also change your password or request account deletion when needed.
Change Your Password
Go to Settings > My Profile.
Click Change Password to receive a reset link via email.
Follow the link to create a new password.
If you don’t receive an email, ensure your profile email is correct. If the issue persists, contact us through the in-app chat or email ren@refound.com.
Delete Your Account
If you choose to delete your account, please note:
All your data will be permanently deleted (conversations, documents, and settings).
This action cannot be undone, so ensure you’ve saved any important information.
To request account deletion, contact ren@refound.com. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
