Go to Glucose Tab

Click Copy Data

Choose your preferred duration for which you want Glucose data of the patient for

You have successfully copied the glucose data

When you copy glucose data for any patient

If the Patient is eligible for CGM interpretation a popup modal shows up to confirm if the interpretation was done

Click on “Confirm that CGM Interpretation was performend”

You have successfully submitted CGM interpretation bill

Read the care plan

Click on “Approve & Sign” if the care plan is perfect

Click on “Edit & Approve” if you need to make changes to the care plan

After making the changes click “Save & Approve”

Confirm you signature & click “Approve & Sign”

You have successfully signed the care plan

Click on “View Care Plan” at the top right corner

Scroll down & click on “Change Care Plan” Button

Make the necessary changes & click “Save & Approve”

Confirm you signature & click “Approve & Sign”

You have successfully changed the care plan

Click on Add new Notes

Choose Glucose Monitoring that need to be carried out by the coaches for the patient

Choose what coaches should focus on for the patient

Add medication notes if there are any

Add additional optional notes if there are any

Choose your next followup schedule

Click on “Add to Note” Button

You have successfully submitted a new note
