Donor Portal: You can manage your account through your dedicated online donor portal. Important details regarding your account, announcements, timelines, and more are posted on the ‘Account Details’ page upon logging into the portal. The account is completely paperless, and all documentation is uploaded to the donor portal under the ‘Statements’ section.
Services Include:
Recommend Grants to Charities (Select the ‘Disbursements/Grants’ tab - ‘Recommend a Disbursement/Grant’)
This can take 5 to 15 days. Please review your online portal or contact the client servicing team for specific timelines
Contributions
Contribution letters are paperless and uploaded annually.
View account history
Access statements, contribution letters, and grant letters (Select the ‘Statements’ tab)
Email Notifications
You are automatically enrolled in e-notifications for the following: Grant submitted, Grant approved, and Grant paid.
Note: To add additional funds to the account, please send directly to your investment account or work directly with your advisor. For tax purposes, a contribution letter is generated and uploaded annually to the donor portal.
