Reading your dashboard and onboarding

Your setup checklist step by step, what unlocks what, the free trial, and the dashboard once you are subscribed.

Written by XPRIO

The Dashboard is the first page after you log in, and it has two faces. Until you subscribe, it is your setup guide: six cards to complete to bring your business online. Once subscribed, it becomes your activity dashboard: this month's figures, recent orders, the state of your apps.

The required steps

Six cards, in order: Stores (create at least one store, choose a delivery mode, configure the hours), Appearance (app logo and name), Payment Methods (at least one method enabled), Products (at least one product), Menus (at least one active menu) and Schedule (at least one active schedule). Each card explains in one sentence why the step matters, offers its video tutorial and a Start, Continue or Review button.

Steps marked Optional (legal info, custom colours and home pages) do not count towards progress: the progress ring counts the eight required steps.

A step is ticked automatically, based on the real state of your account: an active store with hours, a published menu, a published schedule, an enabled payment method... You never tick anything yourself. If a step stays open although you think you did it, check that the item is really active or published, not just saved as a draft.

Some cards depend on the previous ones: Products unlocks when Stores is done, Menus when Products is, Schedule when Menus is. A locked card reads "Complete "Stores" first" and cannot be clicked. Appearance and Payment Methods are always available.

On the Products card, the link Don't want to type it all in? Send us your menu opens the request for our team to enter your menu for you (within one business day).

Test, then activate

When everything is at 100% and no order has been placed yet, the Test your restaurant card shows a QR code to your own ordering page and an Open the Live view button: place an order like a customer and watch it arrive live. It is the best way to check your menu in real conditions.

The Launch your business card stays locked until all required steps are done; at 100%, the Choose a subscription button activates. The View offers link is always available.

Bonus features

Five optional cards, outside the progress count: Promo Codes, Promotions, Loyalty Program, Referral and Table ordering, each with its video and an Explore button. You can set them up before or after subscribing.

The free trial

From sign-up, you have 10 days of access to everything, including real ordering on your web link: the days-left counter sits at the top of the screen. At the end of the 10 days without a subscription, ordering is cut off, but all your setup is kept.

Once subscribed

The dashboard changes face:

  • Three figures for the month: customers, orders and revenue, with the change compared to the previous month.

  • Bring in your first orders: a list of six moves you tick yourself (print your QR code, announce your link, create a launch promo code, a promotion, enable loyalty and referrals). It disappears once everything is ticked or if you dismiss it.

  • Setup: visible only while steps remain to be done.

  • Your applications: the state of your iOS, Android and web apps (being created, deployed, online...).

  • The Orders and Revenue charts over 7, 30 or 90 days, recent orders, top products, the new / returning customers split, order types, upcoming scheduled orders and current out-of-stock items.
