The Reviews page (Marketing menu) does two things: it lets you set up the external review platforms where you want to send your happy customers, and it shows the internal reviews your customers leave right after their order, from your app or your ordering site.
How it works on the customer's side
Once their order is delivered or completed, the customer reopens it in the app or the web module and sees the Rate your order block.
They pick 1 to 5 stars, add a comment if they wish (300 characters), then Submit. One review per order.
If they gave 4 or 5 stars and you have at least one active platform, the Share your experience block offers your platforms: one click takes them to Google, Trustpilot, TheFork... to leave a public review. Every click is counted.
If they gave 1, 2 or 3 stars, nothing else is offered: the review stays private and you find it in the table on this page, so you can react.
This invitation is passive: the customer rates when they reopen their order, no automatic reminder is sent. Good reviews go public, negative feedback stays between you and them.
Setting up your platforms
Click Add a platform. Pick it from the grid (Google, Trustpilot, TheFork, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Yelp and the main delivery platforms, or Custom with a free name): logo and name are automatic. Then paste the review page URL, that is the public address where people leave a review (for Google, the "Write a review" link of your listing, not the listing address itself). The link must start with http:// or https://; the Test button opens it in a new tab.
On each configured platform you have:
the Active / Inactive switch: deactivating hides the platform from customers without losing anything (link, click count), handy for a temporary pause;
Move up / Move down: the order here is the display order for the customer;
Edit and Delete (permanent, the click count is lost).
The number of clicks shows on the card from the first click: it is your conversion indicator towards public reviews.
Reading internal reviews
The Reviews left on mobile and web block shows the average rating, the number of reviews and the split from 5 to 1 star, then the table: order and customer, store, rating, comment, date. Filter by store, rating or date, search a name, a comment or an order number, and click the eye icon to open the order concerned.
Statistics follow the store filter; test orders are never counted.
Good practices
Activate first the platform where your customers look for you: for most businesses, the Google listing.
Read the 1-3 star reviews regularly: the customer's name and order are one click away to get back in touch.
Put your best platform first in the order: it is the one the customer sees first.
