Why Listings May Not Appear on Renowned?
There are a few common reasons why listings may not show up on a profile:
No MLS Connection: RateMyAgent (RMA) may not yet be connected to your local MLS.
Duplicate Profiles: Listings may be linked to a duplicate agent profile. Our Customer Support team can assist by identifying and merging any duplicates.
How are Listings Added to RMA?
There are several ways listings can be pulled into your profile. However, not all methods may be available, depending on the circumstances:
1. MLS Connection
RateMyAgent partners with multiple MLSs to receive listing data via an agent’s MLS ID or MLS Key. If your MLS is connected, listings will be automatically pulled into your profile. To connect your MLS:
Initiate the Setup: Log in to your RateMyAgent agency profile, go to Settings, and click on "Data Feed." Select "Connect" to begin.
Submit Approval Requests: Fill out the necessary details. Your request will be sent to your MLS Director for approval and forwarded to your CRM provider for final integration.
Activate and Push Listings: Once the feed is approved and established, activate it by selecting RateMyAgent from your MLS portal. This will enable your listings to push through automatically.
Note: There may be occasional delays in syncing, and some listings may need to be added manually.
2. Public Data Sources
RMA also gathers supplemental listing and sale data from publicly available sources.
However, this does not include:
Off-market transactions
Lot/land listings
New construction
Listings without a full address
Listings sourced this way require confirmation by the agent or brokerage admin within the RMA platform.
3. Transaction Management Software (TMS)
Listings and sales can be pulled from integrated TMS platforms, which also enable automated review collection. To check or activate a TMS connection:
Go to Settings → Automate Reviews → Select your TMS from the dropdown and follow the prompts.
Supported platforms include: By integrating your TMS, you can utilize the Easy Reviews feature for automated review requests and management. Learn more about Easy Reviews.

4. Manual Entry
Agents can manually add missing listings via their Renowned Dashboard if a property is not pulled automatically. Please check this article to Manually Add a Property.
Buyer's Agent Listings Not Appearing?
Occasionally, buyer’s agents may find that a listing is missing from the agent's profile. This typically happens when the system pulls the property details before the buyer's agent has been added. In such cases, the buyer’s agent must manually add the property to their profile.
