Drag & Drop Merge Fields in Social Studio
Use drag-and-drop to add dynamic merge fields to your review, listing, sales, and market update templates. This lets you personalise posts with key data, such as property addresses or sale prices, without typing.
What is a Merge Field?
A merge field is a placeholder that automatically pulls in real data. For example, {{Price}} swaps to "$600,000" when you post. It keeps your templates flexible and up to date.

How to Use It
Open your template in the Social Studio editor.
Find the merge fields panel on the left-hand side.
Drag a field (like {{Price}}) onto your template or click to insert.
Preview and post: data fills in automatically.
