How Renowned Collects Its Data

Renowned relies on verified and up-to-date data to calculate real estate agent and agency statistics, rankings, and suburb market share. This data is gathered in three main ways:

1. Direct Data Feeds (Preferred Method)

The primary source of data for Renowned comes directly from real estate agencies through their MultiLoader software providers, such as:

  • VaultRE

  • Property Suite

  • Multiarray

  • E2

  • ReNet

Establishing a direct Data Feed with RateMyAgent is free of charge. This method ensures that all listing and sales data is transmitted accurately and promptly, keeping agent profiles and statistics up to date.

2. Publicly Available Information

Renowned also collects supplementary data from sources freely available in the public domain.
Please note:

  • This data does not include off-market transactions.

  • Properties advertised without a full address are excluded.

  • Any data obtained from public sources must be verified by the agent or their office administrator within the Renowned platform before being used.

3. Manual Submissions via Dashboard

Agents and Office Administrators can also manually enter listings and sales through their Renowned Dashboard. This allows users to ensure all their transactions are represented accurately on their profiles and reports.

By combining direct data feeds, verified public information, and manual submissions, Renowned ensures that all statistics and rankings reflect the most accurate and complete picture of agent and agency performance.
