Importing Google reviews into RateMyAgent not only ensures visibility but also simplifies the process of verification and property linking. This feature helps keep your reviews centralised and authenticated. Additionally, RateMyAgent offers options to integrate reviews from other platforms, enabling users to manage their online presence effectively. Note that some reviews may appear to be missing because they are linked to specific property records rather than displayed as standalone reviews.
Since RateMyAgent can import your existing Google reviews, we can now link the reviews to a transaction and attach them to a property.
Link Google Reviews to a Property
Please make sure that you have connected your Google profile to RateMyAgent. If you encounter issues, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account to ensure proper syncing.
Automated importing of Google reviews to RateMyAgent requires a paid subscription to the platform. Manual importing of reviews, however, is available for all accounts, including free subscription holders. Additionally, ensure that your Google account is properly connected to enable syncing of reviews.
Log in to your RateMyAgent dashboard, and go to Reviews, then Import.
Click on the Link to Property.
2. Search for the property address to which the review must be attached. Then, update or keep the review headline.
3. Choose whether the review was from the Seller or Buyer, then Import Review.
Congratulations! You have now linked the review to a property!
Troubleshooting Missing Google Reviews
If your Google reviews are not appearing in your RateMyAgent account, consider the following steps:
Verify Your Subscription: Ensure your RateMyAgent account is subscribed to an active plan. Without an active subscription, review syncing will not be enabled.
Reconnect Your Google Account: Disconnect and reconnect your Google account to ensure proper syncing.
Check the Imported Reviews Section: Navigate to the Imported Reviews section to confirm whether the reviews are linked to specific properties. Linked reviews will not appear as standalone but will be associated with the relevant property records.
