How to give Admins permission to manage agent profiles

Admins have a lot of responsibilities, from onboarding and training to troubleshooting agent Renowned accounts. To make admin's jobs easier, we’ve worked on removing any barriers so admins can quickly step in and make real improvements to agents' and agencies' Renowned experiences.

What admins can do

  • Update profile photos and details

  • Post on behalf of agents in Social Studio

  • Access individual agent widgets and integration tools

These updates help admins make a bigger impact while supporting agents more efficiently!

Admins with access to multiple offices can now switch accounts and manage agent access through the Switch Account option.

To request access, admins just need to make sure they're logged into the right office profile. Then, head over to the Team & Admins section and click on the Agent Access tab at the top. Select the agent you wish to have access to and

The admin will see the message below, and the agent will get an email letting them know that the admin is requesting access to their account.

This is what the agent will receive;

Once the admin has access, they can easily switch accounts to log into the agent's profile

Admin agent access will be revoked only when the agent is removed from the office profile.

FAQ and Troubleshooting

  • What If I Don’t Receive the Invitation Email?

If the person designated to receive admin access doesn’t get the email, check spam or junk folders. Ensure the email address provided during the setup process is accurate.

  • Can Admin Access Be Transferred?

Admin permissions are tied to specific emails. If an admin needs to be replaced, repeat the approval and setup process for the new individual.

  • What Login Details Are Used for Office Profiles?

Office profiles use the shared office email as their username (e.g., [OFFICE_EMAIL]). Make sure the correct shared email is accessible for managing admin invitation
