In New Zealand, Team Profiles are supported through a paid team profile subscription which hosts agents within it. Renowned does not support the sharing or combining of individual agent profiles.
Things to consider for Easy Reviews to work:
Campaign requirements:
Must exist on the agent's profile
Must be in a Sold status
Must have agents assigned
Must have vendor details
Agent requirements:
Must be involved in the campaign
Must have valid email details
Must have Easy Reviews switched on properly
Must have a claimed profile
Can agents within a Team use Easy Reviews?
Any individual agent within a Team Profile can use Easy Reviews if they have it switched on in their own profile and all team members are linked to the campaign.
What reviews will be requested for the agent?
a review will be requested from the vendor for all team members as long as they are linked to the campaign.
a review will be requested from the buyer if they were the buyer agent on the listing (Harcourts only)
(If both the buyer’s and seller’s agents are part of the same team, a team review request will be sent to both the buyer and the seller, featuring the same team members.)
a review will not be requested if the agent is not listed on the listing at all, even if their team member/s are on the listing.
Will the reviews also be attributed to other team members?
It depends on the team member. Only if both of these apply for the other team members individually, will they receive the review too:
The other agent has Easy Reviews turned on in their individual profile
The other agent is listed on the property listing in any role
Example 1:
A team of 4 agents, their latest listing contains 2 of the those agents, one as lead agent and one as supporting agent.
All 4 agents have Easy Reviews switched on in their profiles.
The lead agent receives a vendor review through Easy Reviews.
The agent who is also on the listing, as the supporting agent, receives the review also.
Since the other 2 agents are not on the listing, they do not receive the review.
Example 2:
A team of 3 agents, their latest listing contains all 3 of the those agents, one as lead agent, one as supporting agent and one as the buyer agent.
Only 2 agents have Easy Reviews switched on in their profiles - the buyer agent and the agent who is the supporting agent.
The buyer agent receives a buyer review through Easy Reviews.
The agent who is also on the listing, as the supporting agent, receives the review also.
The 3rd agent who is the lead agent on the sale, does not receive the review, since he has Easy Reviews set to OFF.
How can a team get a review for all team members?
In order for all team members to be attributed the review, the review can be requested manually.
This can be done in any team member's Dashboard or the Team Dashboard. You need to ensure that you select all team members on the review request.
Easy Reviews settings in the Team Profile do not have any function.
