How to Create Production Reports

Creation and key features of Production Reports

Updated over 3 weeks ago

With our new Market Updates feature, you can create Production Reports: Professional, data-driven reports that update automatically with real customer data. These templates are designed to showcase your production results to help you build trust and attract new clients.

Key Features

  • Real customer data – Reports refresh automatically with the most recent 30 days of data.

  • Property type filters – Focus your report on the markets that matter most.

  • Five templates – Choose from five ready-to-use, professional designs.

  • Flexible publishing – Post your report instantly or schedule it for later.

⚠️ Note: Ongoing scheduling isn’t available in this release.

Please note:
This release is currently available to all ANZ customers during their Early Access to Social Studio.
This first version of this feature works for Agents, Sales Agencies/Offices and Teams in NZ

Future iterations may support Property Management and Finance verticals

Step 1: Go to Templates, open the drop-down menu, and select Market Updates.

Step 2: Choose the template you want to use. Select the Area and the Property type then customise the template.

Step 3: Post your Production Report on your social media accounts.

  • Edit the caption and hashtags

  • Schedule the post (optional)

  • Select which accounts to publish to

  • Add your branding bar

Important note:
The data captured at the time the image is created is what will be posted at the scheduled time, rather than the data at the moment it actually posts.

What’s Coming Soon to Market Updates....

We’re working on adding even more flexibility and features, including:

  • Custom time periods (not just the last 30 days)

  • A map-draw tool to define locations

  • Ability to select multiple areas (e.g., postcodes)

  • Switch between local market data and your own agent data

  • More data points

  • Additional report templates
