How to publish a dynamic, data-driven social post with real customer data

With our new Market Updates feature, you can create professional, data-driven reports that automatically refresh with real customer data. These templates are designed to help you highlight market activity, build credibility, and engage new clients through your social media.

Key Features

  • Real customer data – Reports refresh automatically with the most recent 30 days of data.

  • Property type filters – Focus your report on the markets that matter most.

  • Ten templates – Choose from ten ready-to-use, professional designs.

  • Flexible publishing – Post your report instantly or schedule it for later. Note: Ongoing recurring scheduling isn’t available in this release

Important note:
The data captured at the time the image is created is what will be posted at the scheduled time, rather than the data at the moment it actually posts.


Getting Started

Step 1:

Navigate to Social Studio and click Market Updates:

Step 2:

Choose the template you want to use. Choose which Data type and Date Range to filter by. Then select the Area and the Property type and then either customise the template or if you are happy with the template just click Create Post:

Step 3:

Finalise the post and ensure to:

  • Edit the caption and hashtags (optional)

  • Schedule the post (optional)

  • Select which social media accounts to publish the post to

  • Add your branding bar (optional)

We’re working on adding even more flexibility and features, including:

  • A map-draw tool to define locations

  • Ability to select multiple areas (e.g., postcodes)
