To disconnect and reconnect your social profiles in Social Studio, follow these steps: Occasionally, issues like failing to connect or broken connections can arise, especially for platforms such as Twitter or LinkedIn. Understanding these challenges and knowing how to resolve them ensures seamless social media integration.
Log in to your Renowned account.
Click on Social Studio on the left menu.
To Disconnect: Disconnecting may be necessary in scenarios such as changing accounts, encountering login issues, or troubleshooting failed posts.
Click on Tools and Setup
Go to the Social Profiles.
Click the trash bin icon next to the account you want to disconnect.
Click on Yes, Remove
To Reconnect: Refreshing social media connections helps resolve issues like expired LinkedIn sessions or incorrect account links, ensuring posts are published successfully.
Click the Social Media (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X) button at the top of the Social Profiles page.
Log in to your account if prompted.
For Instagram/Facebook, choose the Instagram Professional account linked to your desired Facebook Page and complete the integration instructions shown on the screen.
After reconnecting, try posting your content again to ensure the connection is working properly.
