Creating and sharing an agent branding bar
A branding bar is the strip of branding that appears on your agents' social posts. It holds your logo, agent portrait, colours, and contact details.
Create the branding bar
Go to Branding Bars in the left menu.
Select Create agent branding bar.
Work through the four tabs: Branding (logo and portrait), Colours, Text, and Layout.
Use the preview on the right to check your work. Choose an agent from Preview as and a Post sample to see how it will look on a real post.
Select Save.
Choose how it's shared
When you save, you'll be asked how the branding bar applies to your agents. There are three options:
Available to agents
Agents can choose to use this branding bar. It won't replace their current default.Set as default for all agents
This becomes the active branding bar for all agents. Agents can still create their own.Locked for all agents
All agents use this branding bar. They can't create or edit branding bars.
Select an option, then Save Branding Bar.
Change the setting later
You can change how a branding bar is shared at any time. On the Branding Bars page, select the three dots on the branding bar you want to change and choose a new option.
