If your Renowned activation link has expired, follow these steps:
Visit your public profile page.
Click the "Claim Profile" button on the page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the claim process.
Note: Renowned does not resend activation requests, so it’s essential to use the “Claim Profile” option. This allows the profile to remain inactive with a disclaimer stating that you do not endorse your agent profile and that the information may not be updated and correct.
Resolving Access or Verification Issues- Duplicate Profiles: Always verify whether you have an existing profile before creating a new one to avoid duplication.

Follow the above guide on How to claim your profile.
Use your verified email address to initiate the claim. - If your contact email needs updating before verification, provide the following details to Renowned customer support: - Name - Phone Number - Old Email Address - New Email Address (for verification) - NAR ID (if applicable) - A link to the profile you want to claim
After Renowned Customer Support updates your contact email, return to the claim page and verify using your new email address. Ensure you are using the correct regional Renowned site.
