Maintaining a valid and updated login email address is essential for ensuring secure access and effective management of your Renowned profile. This guide will help you understand how to update your login email and navigate related settings.

Can't remember your Renowned login details? No longer have access to your old email address?

Opt to speak to the team when messaging us.

Please provide:

  • URL link to your agent profile

  • Current email address you wish to set as your login. You will need access to this email inbox to set a new password.

If you are unable to access your account, an administrator can assist in updating your email address. Provide your current login email and the new email address to the support team for further assistance.

Additionally, if you're unable to log in, try using the password reset link sent to your registered email address and follow the instructions to regain access.

Your Renowned dashboard is the central hub for managing profile settings, including updating your login details. Familiarising yourself with the dashboard will make these tasks more intuitive.

If you are able to access your account, you can use the self-service options provided in your profile settings.

Step 1: Log in to your Renowned profile, navigate to Settings on the dashboard, and select Login Details.

You can also update contact details and manage your profile by navigating to the dashboard and selecting Edit Profile.

Before making changes, ensure the new email address you intend to use is valid and accessible, as you'll need it to confirm and complete the update process.

Step 1:
Log in to your Renowned profile and click Settings on the left-hand side of the dashboard, and click Login Details.

To navigate to the necessary settings for updating your login details, begin by logging into your Renowned account and accessing the dashboard.

After submitting the changes, check your new email inbox for a password reset link. Use this link to set a new password and verify your access.

After entering the new email address, verify it to ensure accuracy. Mistakes in the email could lead to potential login issues.

Once the changes are submitted, you'll receive a confirmation at the new email address to complete the process.

Ensure you follow the instructions in the confirmation email to complete the update and secure your account.

Step 2: In the Login Details section, select Change Email Address to update the email address associated with your account.

Having access to your updated login email ensures you stay connected with important updates and correspondence related to your Renowned account.

This ensures that you can securely log in and receive all important updates related to your account.

Select Change Email Address - this step changes the email address that you will use to log in to your account moving forward
