Open a chat with us or email us and please provide:
Agent profile link: The URL to your current agent profile
New login email: The email address you want to use going forward (you must have access to this inbox to complete your password reset)
Agency: Previous agency and new agency name
If you're unable to log in, try using the password reset link sent to your registered email address and follow the instructions to regain access.
Your Renowned dashboard is the central hub for managing profile settings, including updating your login details. Familiarising yourself with the dashboard will make these tasks more intuitive.
If you are able to access your account, you can use the self-service options provided in your profile settings.

Log in to your Renowned profile and click Settings on the left-hand side of the dashboard, and click Login Details.
