Understanding the Rental Awards Leaderboard
The Rental Awards Leaderboard ranks agencies based on their leasing performance at the suburb level. It highlights the agencies delivering exceptional service, strong results, and consistent client satisfaction in the rental market.
Winning a Leasing Award starts with one simple focus:
Chase your landlord reviews and boost your Review/Leased Ratio (RLR).
The stronger your rental reviews and leasing performance, the higher your chances of securing an award!
🏆 Suburb-Level Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a win in a specific suburb, you must:
Lease at least 5 properties in that suburb within the current calendar year
Collect 5 unique landlord reviews for those leased properties within the current calendar year
If no agency meets the criteria, then no award will be presented for that suburb.
⭐ How the Rankings Are Calculated
Three core metrics determine your awards score and position on the rental leaderboard:
Your Review/Leased Ratio (RLR) - the % of properties leased with a landlord review attached. This is your RSR across the whole platform which includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states.
Total leased properties in 2025 in the specific location/suburb.
Total landlord reviews on properties leased in 2025 in the specific location/suburb.
📍 How to Check Your Qualification Status
Ensure you are logged into your office profile and head to the Leaderboards section and select “Rentals” to view your eligibility and standings.
If you have qualified, then the suburb will be available to select and you will be ranked and appear as shown like the below example:
If you’ve leased enough properties but are still missing required landlord reviews, you’ll appear as “Yet to qualify” beneath the ranked agents.
A “Request Reviews” button will guide you directly to your review opportunities for that suburb so you can collect the reviews needed to qualify:
