Zoom / Video Call Backgrounds

How to update

Download your video background for use on Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, and other video call platforms via the Zoom Background option in your dashboard.

Setup guides:

Visit the following help articles for your video call platform of choice.

A note on mirroring: Your background may look back-to-front or flipped when you see it in Zoom or other video platforms. This happens because Zoom mirrors your video by default — seeing yourself reflected this way feels more natural, similar to looking in a mirror. Other participants still see you the right way round (not mirrored). You can turn off mirroring in your settings, but be aware it can feel disorienting at first, since you'll be seeing yourself as others do rather than as you're used to.
