Desktop - Cancel Review Request

In the event you don't want the customer to be asked for a review, this is how you can remove them from the automation that sends out that review request.

🛠️ Step-by-step: Stop a review request

  1. 👤 Open Contacts — Go to the Contacts tab and find the customer.

  2. 🧾 Open Contact — Click their contact to view the full record.

  3. ⬇️ Scroll to Automations — On the left side, scroll until you see Automation and open it.

  4. 🔎 Find Workflow — Under Active Workflows locate “Rental has returned” (the review-request workflow).

  5. ❌ Remove from Workflow — Click the small × to the right of that workflow.

  6. ✅ Confirm — Confirm you want to remove them.

  7. 🎉 Done — The customer will not receive the review request.
