Desktop - Issue a Refund

From inside the CRM on desktop, learn how to issue a full or partial refund to your customers.

๐Ÿ’ต Step-by-Step: Issue a Refund

  1. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Go to Payments โ€” Open the Payments tab, then select Transactions.

  2. ๐Ÿ” Find the Customer โ€” Use the search bar to find the customer (e.g., James).

  3. ๐Ÿงพ Locate the Transaction โ€” Find the exact transaction to refund.

  4. โ‹ฎ Open Options โ€” On the right-hand side, click the three dots (โ‹ฎ).

  5. โ†ฉ๏ธ Select Refund โ€” Choose Refund from the menu.

  6. ๐Ÿ’ธ Enter Refund Amount โ€” Type the amount to refund (e.g., the security deposit) and double-check for accuracy.

  7. โœ… Confirm Refund โ€” Click Refund to complete the process.

  8. ๐Ÿ“Š Verify Status โ€” The transaction will now show as Refunded or Partially Refunded, depending on the amount.
