βοΈ Locate the Message β Find the text message you want to edit, click the three dots (β―), and choose Details β Workflow.
β οΈ Disclaimer: Only RFS Admins have workflow access by default. If itβs disabled for your user, Step 2 wonβt open β contact support to enable it if you wish.π Find the SMS β Inside the workflow, locate the SMS sent to the customer.
Click through the messages until you find the one you want (e.g., SMS Book Success).
βοΈ Edit the Text β Click into the message to open it, then update or add your text directly.
Example: Include driving directions, pickup instructions, or other helpful details.
πΎ Save Changes β Click Save Action, then Save again to confirm.
