πŸ’¬ Step-by-Step: Editing Automated Text Messages

  1. βš™οΈ Locate the Message β€” Find the text message you want to edit, click the three dots (β‹―), and choose Details β†’ Workflow.
    ⚠️ Disclaimer: Only RFS Admins have workflow access by default. If it’s disabled for your user, Step 2 won’t open β€” contact support to enable it if you wish.

  2. πŸ” Find the SMS β€” Inside the workflow, locate the SMS sent to the customer.

    • Click through the messages until you find the one you want (e.g., SMS Book Success).

  3. ✏️ Edit the Text β€” Click into the message to open it, then update or add your text directly.

    • Example: Include driving directions, pickup instructions, or other helpful details.

  4. πŸ’Ύ Save Changes β€” Click Save Action, then Save again to confirm.
