⏰ Adjust Availability
Open the Availability section.
Set the available hours for when renters can book this trailer.
Time slots are in 30-minute intervals (e.g., 10:00, 10:30, 11:00...).
📅 Set Scheduling Rules
Minimum Scheduling Notice: How soon a renter can book before a rental starts.
Example: If set to 1 hour, and it’s currently 5 PM, the next bookable slot is 6 PM.
Note: This setting also limits how late a trailer can be booked.
Meeting Duration: Leave as-is.
Maximum Bookings per Day: Leave blank.
Maximum Bookings per Slot: Enter the number of identical trailers (usually 1).
⏳ Add Buffer Times
Set Pre-Buffer and Post-Buffer times to prevent back-to-back bookings.
Recommended: 1 hour before and after each rental → ensures smooth transitions.
💡 Pro Tip: Keep your minimum scheduling notice and buffer times realistic — this prevents last-minute bookings and gives you time for inspections or maintenance between rentals.
