πŸ’³ How to Charge a Customer in the Lead Connector App

  1. 🟒 Find the Customer

    • Open the Lead Connector app.

    • Go to Contacts and locate the customer you want to charge.

    • Open their contact profile and click the Charge button.

  2. πŸ’° Enter Sale Details

    • You can either:

      • Manually enter an amount and item details, or

      • Use your catalog to select preset items.

    • Example: Select the Dump Trailer at $150 for 3 days.

    • Don’t forget to add a security deposit if applicable.

  3. πŸ” Review the Sale

    • Check that all items, quantities, and deposits are correct.

  4. πŸ’³ Choose Payment Method

    • Options include:

      • Cash – customer pays in cash.

      • Saved Card – use a card already on file.

      • Manual Card Entry – enter a new card if the customer is present.

      • Invoice – convert the sale into an invoice and send it via email or text.

  5. βœ… Complete the Transaction

    • Once everything is reviewed and the payment method is chosen, finalize the charge.
