β‘ How to Stop Automatic Review Requests for a Customer
π’ Find the Customer
Go to the Contacts tab and locate the customer.
Click into their profile.
β‘ Access Automations
Click the lightning bolt icon in the bottom right corner.
Select Automations from the menu.
β Remove from Automation
Find Rental Has Returned in the list.
Click the X next to it to remove the customer from this automation.
π‘ Pro Tip: This action is time-sensitive β by default, customers must be removed from the automation within 30 minutes to prevent an automatic review request from being sent.
