⚑ How to Stop Automatic Review Requests for a Customer

  1. 🟒 Find the Customer

    • Go to the Contacts tab and locate the customer.

    • Click into their profile.

  2. ⚑ Access Automations

    • Click the lightning bolt icon in the bottom right corner.

    • Select Automations from the menu.

  3. ❌ Remove from Automation

    • Find Rental Has Returned in the list.

    • Click the X next to it to remove the customer from this automation.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: This action is time-sensitive β€” by default, customers must be removed from the automation within 30 minutes to prevent an automatic review request from being sent.
