Mobile - Issue a Refund

Learn how to issue a refund to your customer for either a full transaction or a security deposit from the Lead Connector app.

💸 How to Issue a Refund in the Lead Connector App

  1. 🟢 Locate the Customer

    • Go to the Contacts tab and open the customer’s profile.

  2. 📄 Access Transactions

    • On the side screen, scroll to the Transactions tab.

    • Find the transaction you want to refund and select it.

    • Click Issue Refund.

  3. 💰 Enter Refund Amount

    • Enter the refund amount (e.g., $100 for a security deposit).

    • Double-check the amount, as it defaults to the full transaction amount.

  4. ✅ Complete the Refund

    • Click Refund to issue it.

    • The refund will be processed to the customer’s bank, which typically takes up to 10 days.

💡 Pro Tip: Always confirm the refund amount before issuing, especially if it’s a partial refund, to avoid mistakes.
