💸 How to Issue a Refund in the Lead Connector App
🟢 Locate the Customer
Go to the Contacts tab and open the customer’s profile.
📄 Access Transactions
On the side screen, scroll to the Transactions tab.
Find the transaction you want to refund and select it.
Click Issue Refund.
💰 Enter Refund Amount
Enter the refund amount (e.g., $100 for a security deposit).
Double-check the amount, as it defaults to the full transaction amount.
✅ Complete the Refund
Click Refund to issue it.
The refund will be processed to the customer’s bank, which typically takes up to 10 days.
