📝 How to View Submissions in the Lead Connector App

  1. 🟢 Locate the Customer

    • Go to the Contacts tab and open the customer’s profile.

  2. 🔍 Scroll to Submissions

    • Scroll down to view submitted forms.

    • You can access:

      1. Rental Agreement – view and verify details.

      2. Pickup and Return Dates – confirm the scheduled times.

      3. Checkout Form – review submitted checkout information.

      4. Check-in Form – review submitted check-in information.

      5. Other Information – check any additional options or answers provided by the customer.

💡 Pro Tip: If “Hide Empty Fields” is turned on and nothing populates for a section, it means the customer did not complete the corresponding form. Always double-check which forms were submitted before proceeding.
