Desktop - Modifying Forms

Learn how to modify forms, including the Rental Agreement Form, Check out Form, Check In Form, and Admin versions of all of these forms.

✏️ How to Modify Forms in Rent Flow Solutions


1. 🔐 Log In to Your CRM


2. 📂 Access Forms

  • On the left-hand menu, scroll down and click Sites.

  • Go to Forms and Builder – these are your back-end forms.

  • You’ll see:

    • Rental Agreement

    • Rental Checkout

    • Rental Check-in

    • Admin versions of all these forms


3. 🛠️ Edit Existing Forms

  • Click on the form you want to modify.

  • To edit or remove existing content, select the element in the middle of the screen:

    • Modify: update the details in the right-hand panel

    • Remove: click the element and then click the trash can icon at the top right


4. ➕ Add New Content

  • Use the left-side menu to add new elements.

  • Example: To add a photo of the towing vehicle:

    • Drag the element from the left menu

    • Change the label to “Towing Vehicle”

    • Make it relevant to the form


5. 💾 Save Your Changes

  • Always click Save after making edits or adding new content to ensure your changes are applied.


💡 Pro Tip: Use the preview feature after editing forms to ensure all fields appear correctly for customers before publishing.
