✏️ How to Modify Forms in Rent Flow Solutions
1. 🔐 Log In to Your CRM
Go to app.rentflowsolutions.org.
Enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.
2. 📂 Access Forms
On the left-hand menu, scroll down and click Sites.
Go to Forms and Builder – these are your back-end forms.
You’ll see:
Rental Agreement
Rental Checkout
Rental Check-in
Admin versions of all these forms
3. 🛠️ Edit Existing Forms
Click on the form you want to modify.
To edit or remove existing content, select the element in the middle of the screen:
Modify: update the details in the right-hand panel
Remove: click the element and then click the trash can icon at the top right
4. ➕ Add New Content
Use the left-side menu to add new elements.
Example: To add a photo of the towing vehicle:
Drag the element from the left menu
Change the label to “Towing Vehicle”
Make it relevant to the form
5. 💾 Save Your Changes
Always click Save after making edits or adding new content to ensure your changes are applied.
💡 Pro Tip: Use the preview feature after editing forms to ensure all fields appear correctly for customers before publishing.
