🛠️ How to Edit SMS Review Requests
🌐 Log into the Rent Flow app
Go to app.rentflowsolutions.org and sign in.📱 Navigate to SMS Review Settings
On the side menu, go to Reputation → Settings → SMS Requests.✏️ Create or edit a review request
To edit, modify the text of the SMS that is sent to your customer.
Important: Do not remove the Reputation Review link, or customers will not receive the review request.
🖼️ Optional: Add an image
You can include an image in the SMS, but for data and deliverability purposes, we generally advise against it.💾 Save your changes
Make sure to save when finished — that’s it! ✅
💡 Pro Tip
Keep the Reputation Review link intact every time you edit or create a new SMS. This ensures customers always receive the review request, and the optional image feature can be used sparingly if desired.
