🛠️ How to Set Seasonal, Day-of-Week, and Duration Pricing

Adjust pricing, discounts, seasonal increases or discounts, special pricing for specific days of the week, and more.

  1. 📅 Go to Rental Settings
    Navigate to Calendars → Calendar Settings → Rentals.

  2. 🚛 Select the equipment/product
    Find the item you want to update and click the Edit icon on the right-hand side.

  3. 💲 Go to Inventory & Pricing
    Inside the settings, click on Inventory and Pricing and scroll down.

  4. 🌦️ Set Seasonal Pricing (optional)
    Toggle on Seasonal Pricing and choose:

    • Percentage or flat rate

    • Start and end dates

    • Adjustment amount

  5. 📆 Set Day-of-Week Pricing (optional)
    Adjust pricing for specific days.
    Example: Increase Friday and Saturday pricing by 20%.

  6. ⏳ Set Duration Discounts (optional)
    Toggle on Duration Discounts and set discounts based on rental length.
    Example:

    • 10% for 3+ days

    • 20% for 7+ days
      (Discounts are not combined — the highest applicable one is used.)

  7. 💾 Save your changes
    Click Save in the top right corner.

💡 Pro Tip
Duration discounts apply to the entire booking total once the minimum is met, not per day. Also, discounts do not stack — customers will only receive the highest qualifying discount, not a combination of multiple tiers.
