🏠 How to Fix Incorrect Booking Addresses in Booking Confirmation Emails

Change the address that is located in the booking confirmation email.

  1. πŸ“… Go to Rental Settings
    Navigate to Calendars β†’ Calendar Settings β†’ Rentals.


🌐 Option 1: Update the Booking Page Address

  1. βš™οΈ Open Booking Page settings
    Go to Global Settings β†’ Booking Page.

  2. πŸ“ Update the business location
    Change the listed business address to the correct location.

  3. πŸ’Ύ Save your changes
    Click Save to apply the updated address.


βœ‰οΈ Option 2: Manually Override the Address in the Email

  1. πŸ”” Open Notifications
    Go to Notifications inside the Rentals settings.

  2. ✏️ Edit the booking notification
    Find either:

    • Unconfirmed

    • Confirmation
      Then click the pencil icon.

  3. ⬇️ Find the Location field
    Click the down arrow next to Contact and scroll until you find Location.

  4. πŸ“ Replace the address manually
    Delete the existing location field and type the correct address manually.

  5. πŸ’Ύ Save your changes
    Click Save to apply the updated address.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip
Both methods accomplish the exact same thing and only affect the address shown in the booking confirmation email. They will not change addresses used anywhere else in the system or in other customer messages.
