πŸ“ How to Fix Incorrect Addresses in Automated Customer Messages

Learn how/where to change the address the customer gets for text messages.

    If your automated customer messages contain the wrong address, there are two different ways to fix it.
    However, if your phone system verification is still in progress, it is extremely important that you do not change the address on your website or inside your system yourself. The federal verification process uses that address for compliance verification, and changing it during review can cause the verification to fail and require the entire process to be restarted.

    If your phone system has not completed verification or is currently experiencing verification-related errors, contact us directly so we can safely assist with the address update.


βš™οΈ Option 2: Update the Address Yourself

  1. 🌐 Go to Custom Values
    Navigate to Settings β†’ Custom Values.

  2. πŸ” Search for β€œLocation”
    Find the custom value labeled Rental Location.

  3. ✏️ Edit the address
    Click the three dots β†’ Edit, then replace the existing address with the correct one.

  4. πŸ’Ύ Save your changes
    Click Update to apply the new address.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip
Updating the Rental Location custom value will change the address used throughout most areas of your system and automated messages. However, it does not affect the booking confirmation email address, which must be updated separately.
