A Rentdrop is payment or payment schedule that outlines the rent payment(s) you plan on making to your landlord. A Rentdrop is not a contractual obligation to make these payments, nor does it allow Rentdrop to automatically deduct funds from your account. It strictly contains the schedule and details that allow you to execute your rent payments in a moments notice. A Rentdrop is the same as a Rent Schedule.
