Sending a check to your landlord through Rentdrop allows you to pay your rent even if your landlord is not on the platform and requires physical checks.

If you have made a payment and the check has not arrived, please ensure that:

  • At least 5 business days have arrived

  • You have paid the full amount that is due for the Rent schedule for that time period

    • i.e. If there is $2,000 due for Jan 1 - Feb 1 then the full amount must be paid before the check is sent

  • The check status is DELIVERED on the receipt in the Rentdrop app
