There are some common problems that arise with roommate invitations and we can help work you through all of them.

Common problems

Problem My roommate deleted the SMS with the invitation link.

Resolution

  • No worries, we saved their number and it is connected to the Rent Schedule**.**

  • Tell your roommate to download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, we will recognize their number when they create an account. Once they finish creating their account, the invitation will be waiting in their home screen.

Problem I used the wrong phone number for my roommate.

Resolution

  • Go to the list of your Rent Schedules by clicking on far right icon of the bottom nav bar.

  • Click the card associated with the Rent Schedule**.**

  • Click the pencil icon in the top right and select Roommates.

  • Click on their name and change the number and finally click Save Changes.
