Overview
The Listings Widget lets you showcase available rentals on your website, full functionality for marketing, scheduling showings, and accessing the application link.
Customize your Listings Widget
Navigate to Settings > Company
Click "Build Custom Widget"
Customize how you'd like the widget to display on desktop and mobile, sort order and branding
Optional: add a UTM source for the widget. This will let you track leads that come in via this widget (see below for more info and alternatives)
Click 'Copy Embed Code"
Set up lead attribution
To help you better track the actual source of your renter leads, RentEngine supports UTM source tracking.
If a renter gets your webpage with a UTM source in the URL and schedules a showing, that UTM source will pass into RentEngine as the lead's source.
To enable this, do not add a hardcoded UTM source when creating the widget
Embed the Listings Widget to your website
Ask your webmaster to add the iFrame code to the relevant page on your website
For best results:
place the iFrame in a full-width container in your website
DO NOT edit the iFrame code
Save changes and check your new listings page
Create widgets for different buildings or subteams
Follow the same instructions as above, but use the "Filtering Options" in the widget builder
Add a UTM source for this specific property group, so that you can get good data on lead sources via your website
Embed into your website following the instructions above
