Overview

Snoozing lets you (temporarily) hide a conversation from your list of unanswered messages so you can come back to it later or archive it until the next response.

This helps you stay focused without losing track of conversations.

When to use snooze

Use snooze when:

  • You want to hide a new message until later

  • A new message doesn’t need a response (like "Thanks", "Ok")

Snoozing keeps the Command Center inbox clean without deleting anything.

How to snooze a message

  1. Open the Command Center

  2. Hover over the prospect conversation on the left-side

  3. Click the Snooze button in the bottom-right corner of the message card

  4. Choose how long to snooze the conversation (e.g., 30 minutes, indefinitely)

  5. Choose who the snooze applies to:

    • Snooze for me — removes the conversation only from your view

    • Snooze for everyone — removes it from all team members’ Command Centers

Once set, the conversation disappears from the list of unanswered messages.

What happens next

The conversation returns to the top of the Command Center if:

  • The snooze time expires, or

  • The prospect sends a new message

View snoozed conversations

You can always find snoozed messages:

  • By waiting for them to resurface automatically, or

  • By adjusting Command Center filters to show all messages, not just unanswered ones

Snoozed messages are never permanently hidden.

Best practices

  • Use Snooze for me for personal task management

  • Use Snooze for everyone for messages that truly don't require a response

  • Avoid snoozing conversations that require immediate response

Troubleshooting

A message disappeared

  • Check all messages (not just unanswered) using the filters at top
