Overview
Before you can start doing accompanied showings in RentEngine, each agent needs to set up their personal showing settings.
Configure your personal showing settings
Go to Settings > Showings > Personal
Choose the Google or Outlook calendar button and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your calendar
Click "Edit Showing Windows" to set your general weekly showing availability in blue. Think of this as your working hours for showings
Once you've set your personal showing settings, you'll see your weekly availability in light blue and any connected calendar events in gray. Once showings are scheduled, they will appear here too, in orange.
Note: This needs to be completed using the desktop version of RentEngine.
