Overview
Sometimes you need to block a few hours or days from showings, without affecting the property's long term availability. You can do that with the Blocked Times feature.
Add a blocked time
To block off new time at one or more properties:
Navigate to the Showing Calendar tab
Choose Blocked Times at the top
Click "Block Time Slots"
Select the affected properties and date range
Press "Block Time Slots" to save your changes
You can use this feature for one-off maintenance or for company holidays, where you want all showings to be paused. You can still manually schedule showings during a blocked time.
If you need to block the property from showings indefinitely, use the On hold feature.
Note: this feature is only available via desktop
Delete a blocked time
Navigate to the Showing Calendar tab
Choose Blocked Times at the top
Click the red "trash can" icon to delete that blocked time slot
