We have created this article to help you clear your cached images and files using different web browsers. Please choose your web browser. If you do not see your web browser listed then you will need to reach out to your companies IT support to assist you with this process.

1. Open your Google Chrome web browser
2. Click on the three dot menu at the right side.
3. Hover over "History"
4. Click "History"
Tip: Alternatively, as a shortcut, you can press [ctrl]+[h]
5. Click "Clear browsing data"
6. On the Basic tab click the drop down menu to select the time range
7. Choose any time range you prefer. We suggest selecting "Last 4 weeks"
8. Be sure to only select the check box labeled "Cached images and files"
9. Click the "Clear data" button at the bottom right
Microsoft Edge
1. Open your Microsoft Edge web browser
2. Click "Settings" in the bottom right corner
3. Click "Privacy, search, and services" on the left sidebar menu
4. Under the Clear browsing data header, click "Choose what to clear"
5. In the pop up window, click the drop down menu for the time range.
6. Select the time range. We suggest selecting "Last 4 weeks"
7. Click the checkbox next to "Cached images and files". Ensure that all other checkboxes are unchecked
8. Click the "Clear now" button
