We send our agreements for digital signing round-robin style, what this means is that only one tenant can sign at a time. When you first send an agreement, the email is only sent to the first tenant to sign. Once the first tenant has signed, the agreement will be sent to the second tenant to sign, and so on and so forth.
Just before the agreement is sent out, you will receive the following email to clarify the signing order.
The first recipient that is required to sign will receive an email like this:
