How to digitally sign my tenancy agreement

Step-by-step instructions on how the digital signature process works after sending the agreement for signing.

A few things to know

We send our agreements for digital signing via our signing provider, Lumin Sign.

All tenants receive their own signing email and can sign at the same time. You will sign the agreement through email, even if you start the process in the Renti app.

Steps to sign your tenancy agreement

  1. Tap Begin on your tenancy checklist

  2. Navigate to Tenancy Agreement (shown as 4 of 4)

  3. Tap Resend Email to receive the signing link from Lumin

Continue to the email steps below to complete signing.

πŸ“§ Email

  1. Open the email from noreply@sign.luminpdf.com

  2. Click View Document

  3. Review the agreement, then click Start at the top of the screen

  4. Click on each signature and initial field to add your details

    πŸ’‘ Quick Tip: You can tick the "apply to all fields" box when signing to apply your signature or initial to all applicable fields to save time.

  5. Click Finish to complete signing

What to expect

Once all tenants have signed, your property manager will receive a copy and will be the last to sign the agreement. Once all parties have signed, you will receive an email with the fully signed agreement.
