Renti's application process is in accordance with the new privacy guidelines. The application process is broken down into two stages - basic information and sensitive information.
Stage One: Basic Information is basic details such as contact details, legal name, pets, and consent to run credit and ID checks,
Stage Two: Sensitive Information is details such as date of birth, current address, rental history, references, ID, and evidence of ability to service rental payments.
As an applicant, a property manager will only have access to the Stage Two information (sensitive information) when you have been marked as a 'shortlisted applicant'. You will know this has occurred as you will receive an email notification of this.
💡 Tip: You can withdraw access to your stage two information being viewed at any time.
