Updating your Consent Status

Editing your credit, background and reference check consent status in your profile settings.

If your consent status is set to no, this will mean the property manager will be unable to run any of the checks you haven't consented to.

  1. To update your consent status, log into your Renti account from our website.

  2. Click on 'My Profile'.

  3. Select 'Consent'.

  4. Click 'Edit'.

  5. Update your consent statuses.

  6. Click 'Save'.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: If you are on a mobile device and cannot see the different sections, click 'Back to My Profile'.
