Other than keeping track of the arrivals, in-house reservations and departures from the property, on the dashboard you can also keep track of the meal plan in order to be able to communicate with the restaurant regarding the number of breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a specific period.
The same list is also available within the meal report.
To reach the exact number of a specific meal click on “Meal plan” and you will be directed to all the types of meal plans.
The daily mail plan is being shown by default for the current day. The meals shown are those that you have set in your property settings. The date is variable and you can jump to another date at any time.
Each meal list is divided by the quantity, number of adults and number of children.
Under the general meal plan overview a more detailed list of all the meals is being shown, again divided by quantity, number of adults and number of children per meal.
Other than a general overview, you can adjust the list according to the guest list.
In the daily guest list the meal plan is divided by meal types, so for example by choosing breakfast, you will get a total number of breakfasts for the chosen day and below the overview the guest list
