In order to successfully disconnect Expedia channel from Rentlio and continue to manually manage pricing and availability through the channel extranet, the following steps are required:
Start a Expedia disconnection process here by clicking the pencil icon next to the channel name and choose deactivation on the next screen:
or click on the trash icon so the trash icon. Rentlio team can review your request and proceed with deactivating the connection:
2. When connection is deactivated in Rentlio, you need to manually deactivate it within your Expedia extranet by clicking on Disconnect button.
Prices, availability and restrictions will be presented according to your last update from Rentlio. You can now continue to manually manage them through Expedia extranet.
