Overview
The Integrations page in your Admin Panel lets you create secure API keys for partner applications such as Aesthetic Record. An API key authenticates your practice and enables one-way sync of RepeatMD memberships, purchases, and transactions into Aesthetic Record.

Before You Start
You need Administrator or Manager access to the RepeatMD Admin Panel.
Your practice must have an active Aesthetic Record account with RepeatMD integration support enabled on the AR side.
Have an Aesthetic Record admin login ready to paste the API key after you generate it.
The integration is one-way: RepeatMD → Aesthetic Record. Activity in AR alone does not sync back to RepeatMD.
Why It Matters
Generating and entering an API key is the only setup step required on the RepeatMD side. Once connected, your team can:
View RepeatMD purchases and memberships inside Aesthetic Record without manual entry.
Redeem wallet credits during AR checkout.
Deactivate keys instantly if you rotate credentials or disconnect the integration.
How It Works
API key lifecycle: You create a key in the Admin Panel, copy it once at creation, and paste it into Aesthetic Record. RepeatMD shows active keys on the Integrations page. Deactivating a key immediately revokes AR access.
Partner selection: When creating a key, select Aesthetic Record as the partner so RepeatMD routes data to the correct integration endpoint.
Real-time sync: After the key is saved in both systems, new RepeatMD memberships, purchases, and transactions appear in Aesthetic Record automatically.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Generate an API key in RepeatMD
Log in to your Admin Panel.
Open Integrations under Client Resources in the left-side navigation.
Click + Create API Key.
Select Aesthetic Record as the partner.
Enter a Key Name (for example, “Aesthetic Record Integration”).
Click Create.
Copy the API Key immediately. You may not be able to view the full key again after you leave the screen.
Enter the API key in Aesthetic Record
Log in to Aesthetic Record with an admin account.
Open the RepeatMD integration settings (path may vary by AR version; see AR documentation or your CSM).
Paste the API key from RepeatMD into the integration field.
Save the integration settings.
Confirm the connection status shows as active in both RepeatMD and Aesthetic Record.
Verify the connection
Complete or locate a recent RepeatMD purchase or membership for a test patient.
Open that patient’s profile in Aesthetic Record.
Confirm the RepeatMD wallet, membership, or purchase data appears.
If the key fails to create, confirm you selected both a partner and a key name before clicking Create.
Best Practices and Pro Tips
Copy the API key immediately after creation. Store it securely until it is pasted into AR.
Use a descriptive key name so your team knows which environment or location the key belongs to.

Q: I cannot create an API key. What am I missing?
A: Confirm you selected Aesthetic Record as the partner and entered a Key Name before clicking Create. You also need Administrator or Manager access.

A: Aesthetic Record may need to enable the integration on their side. Contact Aesthetic Record support to confirm availability for your account.
Q: Can I regenerate a key without breaking the integration?
