What is it?

The Integrations admin panel allows you to generate API keys for use in partner applications, such as Aesthetic Record. API keys are secure access tokens that authenticate your integration with RepeatMD services. These keys enable seamless data synchronization and functionality between RepeatMD and external systems.

Key Features

  • Generate API Keys – Securely create and manage API keys for integrations.

  • Deactivate API Keys – Turn off API keys if no longer needed, immediately revoking partner access.

  • View & Redeem Purchases – Access RepeatMD orders directly from Aesthetic Record.


Get Started With Your Integration

To activate the integration, practices need to generate an API key in the RepeatMD admin panel and enter it into Aesthetic Record.

Self-Serve Generating an API Key in RepeatMD:

  1. Log in to your RepeatMD Admin Panel.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select “Integrations” under Client Resources

  3. Click “+ Create API Key”.

  4. Select “Aesthetic Record” as the partner.

  5. Enter any name for the key (e.g., “Aesthetic Record Integration”).

  6. Click “Create” to generate your API key.

  7. Copy the API Key and paste it into Aesthetic Record.
