Step-by-Step Beauty Bank Set Up in Your Admin Portal
Log in to your RepeatMD Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Memberships > Beauty Bank.
Click Create New Membership.
Set the monthly contribution amount (e.g., $50, $100, etc.).
Define usage policies (e.g., applicable treatments, expiration rules).
Choose your setup type:
Auto-Bank: Patients automatically accumulate RepeatCash each month.

Tracking & Adjusting Balances
View Patient Balance: Navigate to Patients > Wallets to see the total RepeatCash balance.

Monitor Trends: Use the platform-wide RepeatCash report to track engagement and financial impact.
Patient Experience Using RepeatCash (in Beauty Bank)
Patients can view and use their accumulated RepeatCash directly in their RepeatMD app:
Open the RepeatMD app and go to Wallet.
View the current RepeatCash balance.
Select an eligible treatment and redeem RepeatCash at checkout.
Confirm and complete the transaction.
